Vinification Saignée-method rosé.
Short maceration.
Strict temperature control.
De-stemming in the vineyard immediately after harvest.

Soils Val du Trapel, gravelly alluvial fields which become very hot during the summer.
Mediterranean Climate, hot and dry with oceanic influences.

Accompagnement Serve at 8°C.
Excellent alongside an assortment of cured meats or crudités.
Best drunk within a year.

Characteristics Beautiful pink colour with bright garnet flecks.
Fine and delicate nose of red fruits.
Full and aromatic on the mouth, with finesse and balance.



PACKAGING:
Boxes of 6 – 0.75 litre bottles.
600 bottles per pallet.
